The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even storing my luggage for free while I went on a day trip. The room was clean, modern, and had great amenities like a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. the location
The room and bathroom need remodeling..The lobby is depressing..honestly it is only slightly better than a hostal..

Central but quiet location, great buffet breakfast served in a room with nice view over Cuzco, free Wifi, free coca tea all day, but best of all: the staff, they are all very welcoming and helpful. The gift shop at hotel lobby has arts & crafts that are of the best design and quality I found in Cusco, and reasonably priced too. Definitely recommended.
Sewage smell from the drainage system, though this seems to be prevalent in all antiquated towns.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right behind the central square, making it easy to explore the beautiful city of Cusco. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and some even had a great view. What I appreciated the most was having soap provided in the bathrooms, so no need to worry about bringing your own. Additionally, the breakfast was included and had a good variety of options.
No improvements needed, everything was great!

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the location right next to the main square in this city, and the delicious breakfast served every morning. The hotel facilities were great, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions we had. Moreover, the hotel was in a good area which was safe to venture out, and we could easily walk to the center of town and all the top attractions.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They provided useful information on how to deal with the altitude and even offered a local tea to help fight altitude sickness. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. The breakfast buffet was included in the price and offered a good selection of hot and cold foods.
The rooms were pretty basic and lacking in luxury amenities. However, this was to be expected in a budget hotel.

I stayed in a hotel right by the busy square with a lot of restaurants nearby and shops all around. the staff were friendly and there were oxygen cans available in the lobby, just in case. the room was clean and the shower had hot water. Breakfast was included and had a lot to choose from.
The room was cramped and felt like the basement, with a musty smell that wasn't pleasant.
